Kelsey: The Creative behind Good Chance

Title: Founder & Creative Director
Superpower: Transforming ideas into visual magic

Kelsey started Good Chance Creative with a simple but powerful idea: social media could do more than just share pictures—it could connect people in meaningful ways. The journey into this world started unexpectedly when her dog's Instagram account blew up, and she realized that the love of photography and storytelling could actually become a career. What started as a side gig, managing social media and creating content for local businesses, eventually led Kelsey to hiring a team of passionate and creative people to take on the industry together.

Fun Fact: Kelsey left her job as a paralegal and moved to Oregon Wine Country when a friend asked for help branding a new winery. That experience sparked her love for the wine industry and led to many of the client relationships we cherish today—many of whom have become dear friends.

In her element: When Kelsey's not behind the camera, you can find her barefoot in the garden, taking a moment to stop and smell the rose… or catching up on photo edits.

Favorite Creative Tool: Her camera—where it all began. Good Chance Creative started with Kelsey’s eye for photography, capturing moments that tell a story and connect people. Her camera remains her go-to tool for bringing ideas to life.

Hannah: Our in-house Comedian

Title: Art Director
Superpower: Bringing scenes to life with a keen eye for detail and design.

Meet Hannah, Good Chance Creative’s first employee. Hannah joined the team as a Design student at the local university, helping Kelsey with video content, but quickly became an integral member of the team. From business milestones like moving studios, bringing on more clients and team members, to life milestones like graduation and marriage— Hannah and Kelsey have accomplished quite a lot together, providing comedic relief along the way! We’re not sure what we’ll do without our in-house comedian as she moves across the country, but we’re happy that we still get Hannah as our (now) fully-remote design queen!

Fun Fact: Hannah booked her wedding venue before they were even engaged! She’s a Capricorn. 😉

In her element: a Sunday dinner with her family after an all day adventure— whether it’s hiking, berry picking, or swims in the lake.

Favorite Creative Tool: Her iPad— a digital sketchbook where cute drawings and vibrant graphics come to life, adding a unique and playful touch to our clients' brands.

Connie: Ultimate team player

Title: Social Media Coordinator
Superpower: Capturing the beauty of life in every tiny moment.

Connie is a dynamic Social Media Coordinator at Good Chance Creative who quickly became a key player in shaping the video content for the agency's diverse clientele. Connie's expertise lies in creating engaging reels and TikToks, but her contributions extend far beyond that. Her work week is ever-changing, with no two days looking the same, reflecting the fast-paced and versatile nature of her role. Connie is deeply involved in content planning, filming product highlights, developing recipes, and assisting in set design. She also crafts compelling client stories for social media, manages influencer gifting, drives Pinterest engagement, and provides on-the-ground support during location shoots outside of the studio. This role has allowed Connie to unleash her creativity in storytelling, hone new skills, and become an integral part of a team that balances working hard with playing hard.

Fun Fact: Connie wishes all wine tasted like SEAGLASS alcohol-removed wines.

In her element: When she gets to take a walk to a local coffee shop for a yummy beverage and sweet treat, taking pictures of flowers along the way.

Favorite Creative Tool: Canva— Connie finesses every tool offered in Canva and makes the best, most creative stories for our clients in a new and beautiful way.

Jane: Chief Vibe Curator

Title: Social Media Coordinator
Superpower: using her OCD to our advantage; an organized queen.

It’s hard to imagine our team before Jane; our in-house copywriting, wardrobe styling, web designing, absolute do-it-all Content Coordinator. She’s the queen of “my headphones are one which means I’m focusing” but also the most fun to dissect Love is Blind with, so when the headphones come off it’s about to be an office gab fest and we LOVE her for it. The woman who takes any task by the horns and does the literal most with the literal least info at hand. Sometimes her direction is so convoluted it would make anyone’s head explode and she charges on with poise. Her passion for deep-dive, willingness to learn, read all the books, pry for wine tech sheets, and leap at the opportunity to ask for a hundred questions makes her the perfect person you want writing for your social media accounts. She slays the facts, digs for the good nuggets of info to use in client posts and emails, and knows just how to use an apostrophe 😉 Jane works so hard and we can’t imagine the team without her!

Fun Fact: Jane and Kelsey both studied Political Science but found themselves in the creative marketing space.

In her element: In an art museum in Paris with her headphones on or alone in her apartment with mood lighting set and a movie projected on the wall.

Favorite Creative Tool: Playlists— Jane finds so much inspiration for our clients through good music and poetic lyrics.

Madie: Style Icon

Title: Studio Manager
Superpower: Styling the perfect outfit

Here’s to our newest team member, Madie! From the day Madie step foot in the studio, our whole team was jealous of her ability to perfectly style an outfit. This has translated into her role as Studio Manager perfectly. Her keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail means that we always come into a perfectly styled, organized, and clean studio. Our content creators love to steal Madie and feature her in client reels, and with a go-with-the-flow attitude, Madie was the perfect addition to our team.

Fun Fact: Madie was once going to be a dance major! 💃

In her element: In a coffee shop with a book or making dinner with her friends.

Favorite Creative Tool: Pinterest— Madie’s lives in a 4-Dimensional pinterest board, it’s no wonder this is her favorite creative tool.

Quinn: Momager

Title: Community Manager
Superpower: Bringing the best human element to all our client accounts.

Meet Quinn! Also known as our secret weapon. When Quinn joined, she fully leveled up our client engagement in every way. As our community manager, she spends her days logged in on our client accounts handling all outbound engagement (yes, lots of hours of scrolling, following, liking, sharing, reacting, etc.) and ensuring all comments and DM’s are seen and responded to! She’s integral to all of our work we do as a team. We get asked all the time for advice on how to grow on social media these days and our biggest piece of advice is: hours of daily outbound community engagement. We adore Quinn and even though she works from home we loooooove getting to work with her and are very grateful for how much she does for us every day. Our favorite, cutest, nicest, most perfect little Good Chance secret weapon!

Fun Fact: Quinn married a Chilean man!

In her element: At home with her baby girl. 💖

Favorite Creative Tool: Google translate— remember when we had two French clients?!
